In 2009/10 I was asked to instigate design changes to 53 Degrees so we could offer multiple occupancy events with a second project in the Atrium to address the flow and food offering for this catering unit both were under strict time and financial constraints.

So I put the work out to tender and met with several companies to see what they would come up with out of 4 tenders you took the most time to listen and then through design address the issues that we had and were the supplier of choice for both projects, although price and time were critical it was your attention to detail and the obvious time and effort put in after listening and viewing the premises.

From the start to finish of the project you were always there to support me ensuring a successful timely completion within budget.
