I was asked to design a four bedroom property on the out skirts of Bolton! Following the clients brief very closely, I managed to create just what he visualised, a stunning home for him and his children. There is short video in the link below .

HMO with a river view - Preston
​
I have been involved in numerous HMOs (houses of multiple occupancy) in Preston.
This property has a stunning river view and is close to the town centre and the train station for commuters!
A period house with many gorgeous original features, I leaned towards the traditional theme with a cool, modern twist. Luxurious and stylish sets this property above the others in the area!
Kitchen / Diner & Garden design - St.Annes

This semi detached house in St.Annes required a new kitchen / diner and garden design.
My brief was to incorporate a white gloss kitchen with copper detailing into the kitchen / diner with bi-fold doors and also to create a modern garden with artificial grass and a water feature.
The extra bit of the garden has been transformed into a rustic outdoor eating area with the option to be covered. This area has a BBQ and Bar and storage area for the cushions.
