Nutri - Deli

Nutri Deli - a new concept, with healthy eating as its main USP.
The proposed new bistro / bar consists of a deli area with grab and go facilities, a small bar, open kitchen and seating for 54 covers.
The client requested a fresh, light and invigorating interior with a splash of the stripped back industrial look.

RESTAURANT DESIGN
Mexican - Liverpool

The brief was to echo the clients pioneer restaurant in Wigan but in a much bigger space.
With the use of bold and playful Mexican inspired colours and quirky seating including bespoke booths and bench seating, the restaurant has a comfortable, eye catching interior which will entice new and old customers alike.
The main feature is the large circular ground floor bar area for people just wanting a drink or a cocktail.
The second floor for busy periods has many interesting features and ensures all customers can dine when they like and an outdoor terrace with views across the city provides an excellent space for the warmer months. I also designed there Wcs and back of house including the commercial kitchen area.

SOFT PLAY/NURSERY DESIGN
The Fun Fort

The brief was to develop and design a soft play centre, nursery and outdoor play area on an L shaped site.
The Castle / Fortress was the clients vision and the structure was to be a timer building. This was a derelict site so the exterior was also designed by myself
